THANKS FOR BEING SO GREAT, JOSE!! We appreciate all you do! Here is what Jose had to say about working at McCall's!

1. My favorite part would definitely have to be interacting with the residents, and helping them achieve all that can be and be the best they can be in their own individual way.

2. Before McCall's, I was in a different line of work in healthcare. This is actually my very first job in Direct Care ever. At the beginning it was new and different, but something that I've grown to thoroughly enjoy.

3. Something that I would like others to know about McCall's is that it is so much more than a "place of work". It's a home for the individuals we serve, it's a place of comfort for families, knowing that their loved ones are taken care of; and staff of McCall's take their titles seriously and with pride, doing all that we can to let the residents know that they are loved and care for.
